Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    4 large bell peppers, chopped
    6 banana peppers, chopped
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Mix in large pan and cook over low heat.
    Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
    Cook to desired consistency, about 2 hours. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
    Process in boiling water bath for 35 minutes.
