Sandbakkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (1/2 butter and 1/2 shortening), creamed
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order.
    Put in sandbakkle tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
