Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix, bake as directed or 2 bought pound cakes
2 cans strawberry or cherry pie filling
2 c. pecan pieces
1 large and 1 small instant vanilla pudding, prepare as directed
2 medium cans crushed, drained pineapple
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Crumble 1/2 cake in bottom of punch bowl, then layer 1/2 of pudding, 1 can pineapple, 1 can pie filling, 1 container Cool Whip, 1 cup pecans and repeat as listed, layered with remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (can be made the night before).
