Low-Fat Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken (no skin)
    1 c. chopped celery, cooked
    1 c. broccoli, chopped and cooked
    1 lb. pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
    4 c. skimmed milk or 1%
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch (for thickening)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    Molly McButter to taste
Preparation
    Skin chicken breasts or legs.
    Boil until cooked.
    Chop in cubes.
    In chicken broth, cook celery and broccoli, just a few minutes.
    You still want it to be crispy.
    Cook noodles.
    Drain. Put all in 3-quart casserole dish.
