Spinbeefchee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thaw and drain
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    4 beaten eggs
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Squeeze liquid out of spinach.
    Brown beef and onion in large skillet.
    Add garlic salt, pepper and salt.
    Stir in mushrooms. Cook over low heat 5 minutes; drain off all liquid.
    In large bowl, combine tomato sauce, sour cream, basil, oregano, cottage cheese and eggs.
    Stir in bacon, spinach and meat mixture.
    Add 1/2 cup Parmesan and 2/3 cup of Cheddar cheese; mix well.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheeses.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
