Chili Mac - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 medium onion (I use flakes)
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Cook macaroni in boiling water with 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Drain off liquid.
Meanwhile, brown beef and onion.
Add tomato juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder and cooked macaroni.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour into dish and serve. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
