Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. crumbled bread
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Beat eggs. Add milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg; beat again.
Add bread and raisins, then stir.
Pour into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Bake until light brown on top. Serves 8.
