Lo-Cal Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey sausage
garlic salt and oregano to taste
1 (32 oz.) jar lite spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. diced onion and green pepper
8 oz. non-fat Mozzarella cheese
1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles, uncooked
12 oz. lite Ricotta cheese
1 small can pizza sauce
Preparation

Spray a pan with Pam.
Brown turkey with onion, green pepper, salt and oregano.
Remove from heat and add spaghetti sauce and pizza sauce.
Put 1 to 2 teaspoons of this in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Add uncooked lasagna noodles.
Layer with turkey mix, Ricotta cheese and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese and bake, covered with foil, for 45 minutes.
Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 12 servings.
