Egg Crouton Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain bread croutons
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. each: onion powder and pepper
Preparation

Grease 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Place croutons on bottom, then add cheese, reserving a little, followed by crumbled bacon.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, pepper and onion powder.
Pour over crouton mixture.
Top with reserved cheese. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes or until set.
Serves 6 to 8.
