Pickled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds shrimp (cooked and peeled)
    2 medium onions (cut into rings)
    1 1/2 C Vegetable oil
    1 1/2 C white vinegar
    1/2 C sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Place shrimp and onions in layers in a sealable container. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp.
    seal. Refrigerate for 6 or more hours.
    Shake occasionally.
    This will keep for over a week.
