Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, stewed, boned and cubed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag Doritos
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Layer crushed Doritos on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour chicken broth over this.
    Layer cubed chicken, onion, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Blend soups with chili powder and pour over cheese.
    Chop Ro-Tel tomatoes and pour over soups.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
