Pa Pa'S Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless beef chuck
3 medium onions
salt and pepper
dash of red crushed pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 medium bell peppers
Preparation

Brown meat and onions.
Add salt and pepper and cover with water.
Let boil and turn to medium heat.
Simmer.
Add dash of red crushed pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet.
Then add the bell peppers, chopped. Cook 20 minutes and serve over rice.
