Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli, cut bite size
1/2 medium red onion, sliced thin
4 oz. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

In large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, bacon, raisins and peanuts.
In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over broccoli.
Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
The combination of ingredients is wonderful! Serves 4 to 6.
