Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dozen eggs
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
20 whole cloves
1 tsp. salt
dry mustard
pickling spice
Preparation
-
Hard boil eggs.
Plunge into cold water.
Remove shells. Place in sterilized jar.
Heat vinegar and water; add seasoning. Pour over edges.
Let eggs stand for at least 1 week.
Refrigerate after opening.
