Marshmallow Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar (optional)
    3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    12 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Pare and cut potatoes into chunks.
    Cook in pineapple juice until tender.
    Drain and reserve syrup.
    Mash potatoes, add reserved syrup and remaining ingredients (except marshmallows) and mix well.
    Put mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Lightly press marshmallows into top.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes.
