Poultry With Sage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or turkey
    1 c. bread cubes, dried overnight
    1/2 tsp. finely ground sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 small onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 c. max walnuts or less chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix bread cubes, sage, salt, onion, celery and nuts.
    Beat eggs; add 1/2 cup warm water.
    Pour over mixture.
    Mix well. Perhaps add 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper or single slice of lemon; dice the rind.
    If fresh bread, don't pack bird firmly.
