Linguini And Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. linguini
4 Tbsp. butter
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 (7 oz.) cans chopped clams
4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. dill
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook pasta; set aside.
Heat butter and add garlic.
Cook 1 minute.
Stir in flour and juice from clams.
Bring to a boil, stirring.
Add clams, parsley and dill; simmer 5 minutes, stirring.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over hot cooked pasta.
