Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg
2 slices processed cheese, chopped up
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sage
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and drop by spoonfuls into hot fat.
