Individual Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    24 paper cupcake liners
    24 vanilla wafer cookies
    1 can (1 lb. 5 oz.) cherry pie filling
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until well blended, about 3 minutes.
    Add vanilla and eggs; continue to beat until blended.
    Place cupcake liners in cupcake pans.
    Place wafer cookies, flat side down, in cupcake liners.
    Fill liners with mixture to 1/4-inch from top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool on rack.
    When cool, spoon cherry pie filling over tops.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 24 cupcakes.
