Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
9 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
whole graham crackers
6 Tbsp. oleo (margarine)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Mix both packages pudding with 3 cups cold milk.
When thick, fold in whipped topping. Pour into pan.
Spread over graham crackers.
Add another layer of whole graham crackers.
Melt chocolate with margarine.
Blend in powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons milk. Spread on top of graham crackers.
Chill and cut into squares.
