Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices peeled sweet potatoes
6 slices oranges, unpeeled
6 nice pork chops
dash of salt and pepper
1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Butter a casserole well.
Place sliced potatoes on bottom. Cover with the orange slices.
Add chops, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Cook in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until chops are done.
