Mexicale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Mexican cornmeal mix
Preparation
    Prepare cornmeal mix to package directions.
    Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain.
    Stir in taco seasoning, chopped tomatoes and corn.
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Pour in baking dish, then pour prepared cornmeal mix over beef mixture.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
