Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. creamed corn
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
11 soda crackers, crushed

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, add salt to taste.
Pour into shallow baking dish, dot with butter, sprinkle with pepper.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until inserted knife comes out clean, about 1 hour.
