Apple Tray - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Soften cream cheese and add other ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Serve at room temperature.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Slice green and red apples of equal size and shape into eighths.
Core each slice.
Dip in pineapple juice and part water (or other citrus juice) to prevent discoloring of apples.
Piece apples back together as halves, alternating green and red.
Place \"striped\" apple halves onto tray of lettuce leaves, circling apple dip.
May add grapes and/or pears to the tray.
