Quick Cheese Danish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls (8 in each)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg white, slightly beaten
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice together; set aside.
Unfold 1 package of crescent roll dough into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan, pinching together to form one sheet of dough. Then, spread cream cheese mixture on top.
Unfold second package of crescent rolls on top, pinching together to form one sheet of dough.
Brush with egg white.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
