Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked
    1 grated carrot
    1 grated onion
    1 pkg. stuffing
    1 chopped pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, using only 1/2 package stuffing mix.
    Place in buttered casserole and cover with remaining 1/2 package stuffing browned in butter.
    Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    (Crackers may be substituted for stuffing for top.
    I like half and half.)
