Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium pared and cooked potatoes
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    2 c. medium white sauce
    1 lb. can peas, drained
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, peas, pimento, cheese and sauce in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
