Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    3 eggs
    1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar; add spices.
    Stir in corn syrup.
    Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until blended.
    Stir in oats.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. During baking the oatmeal forms a chewy crust on top.
