Carol Spack'S Crisp Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch watercress
    1 head red leaf lettuce (small)
    1/2 head curly leaf lettuce (small)
    1/4 head Boston lettuce (small)
    1 small bunch parsley
    1 Tbsp. pine nuts
    1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 sweet red pepper
Preparation
    This salad is very refreshing on a hot summer night.
    I prefer to use organic vegetables, particularly lettuce, which has a sweeter and more distinctive taste.
