Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix persimmons, sugar, eggs and flour with soda, salt and spices.
    Using electric mixer, stir in milk and melted butter. Add vanilla.
    Put mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0, but we have always found 325\u00b0 to work better.
    It will take approximately 1 hour, depending upon depth of pan.
