Orange Sherbet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange segments
Preparation
    Dissolve orange gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add sherbet (which has just been removed from the freezer) and
    stir until sherbet is completely blended with the gelatin. Pour mixture into a 2-quart mold and spread sour cream over the top. Chill for 1 hour.
