Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pt. whipped cream (whipped topping may be substituted)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 small bottle red cherries, chopped
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let it set until it starts to congeal. Soften cream cheese and mix with whipped cream; fold with other ingredients into gelatin. Pour into mold and chill. Yields 12 to 14 servings.
