Honey-Lime And Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. coarse ground mustard
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. fresh pea pods
    1 medium bell pepper, cut into short, thin strips
    1 pkg. long grain and wild rice (Uncle Ben's)
Preparation
    Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Combine honey (2 tablespoons), mustard and lime juice.
    Pour over chicken and marinade at room temperature for 15 minutes.
    Cook rice according to package directions, adding peas, pepper strips and 1 tablespoon honey after rice has simmered 22 minutes.
    Remove chicken from marinade.
