Juicy Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. liquid off salmon
1 unbeaten egg
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well; pack in a well greased loaf pan.
Bake in slow oven (350\u00b0) for 35 minutes or until firm and light brown on top.
Loosen sides of loaf with knife; let stand in pan 5 minutes.
Slice.
Serves 4.
