Raisin Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. butter or melted ham fat
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Slowly stir in vinegar and add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until thickened. Serve hot.
Makes about 2 cups.
