Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. quick acting yeast
    3/4 c. melted shortening
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Add shortening, sugar, eggs, 4 cups of the flour and salt.
    Stir and then beat until smooth, about 1 minute.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    This will be a soft dough. Put in airtight container in refrigerator until needed.
    When ready to use punch down and pinch off 1/3.
    Put remaining dough in refrigerator in airtight container.
    It will keep several days. Can be used for rolls or bread.
    Let rise double.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
