Speedy Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. baby carrots, sliced
    1 c. peas
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 c. prepared instant potatoes
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown beef, adding onions, peas and carrots.
    Cook until vegetables are done.
    Add broth to mixture and boil.
    Let simmer until most liquid is absorbed.
    Transfer mixture to casserole.
    Top with potatoes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake until heated through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
