Pineapple Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained or 1 can pie filling, cherry or strawberry
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and sugar together until well blended.
Add eggs; beat well.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; add drained pineapple.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Chill before serving.
(If canned pie filling is used, bake cream cheese, sugar and egg filling only.
Remove from oven and top with pie filling.)
