Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. stew meat, cut into cubes
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Cover meat with water; add liquid smoke.
    Then add chili powder, paprika, red pepper, pepper and salt.
    Simmer on top of stove for 2 hours.
    Then add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
    Simmer 30 minutes more.
    Serve on buns.
