Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    2/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients in frying pan.
    Mix cornbread mix, milk and eggs in a separate bowl.
    Pour Jiffy mixture into greased casserole dish. Top with meat sauce, then 1 cup grated cheese and bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
