Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground beef
2 can pinto beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 large pkg. tortilla chips
Preparation

Brown beef and drain fat.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Simmer until seasoning mix is in beef well.
Line casserole dish with chips.
Pour meat and other ingredients into casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes at 300\u00b0 until hot all the way through.
