Heavenly Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 (No. 303) can sliced peaches
    1/2 c. pecans
    7 oz. coconut
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix milk, lemon juice and Cool Whip.
    Add peaches, coconut and pecans (saving out 1/4 cup of coconut and 1/8 cup pecans).
    Pour mixture into two cooked pie shells.
    Sprinkle with remaining pecans.
    Toast 1/4 cup of coconut in cake pan and sprinkle on top of pies.
    Refrigerate.
