Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 3/4 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    In a 3-quart pot, bring rice, milk, raisins, sugar and salt to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Slowly stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
    Add a dash of nutmeg and stir until well mixed.
    Serve with milk for a thinner consistency.
    Serves 6.
