White Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. white chocolate, grated
    1/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    16 pecan halves
Preparation
    Place
    chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to
    a boil.
    Reduce
    heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Combine cream
    cheese and
    sugar;
    beat at medium speed until smooth.
    Add chocolate\tand
    vanilla,
    beating\twell. Stir in chopped pecans or\twalnuts.
    Press
    chocolate
    mixture
    into a lightly greased 8-inch square pan.\tChill until firm. Cut into squares.
    Top each piece
    with
    pecan\thalf, pressing gently. Store in refrigerator. Yield:
    About 1 1/2 pounds.
