Texas Hot Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter with cooking oil, cocoa and water in saucepan. Bring to boil.
Stir and let cool.
Sift flour and sugar in large bowl.
Pour liquid mixture over flour mixture.
Beat until smooth. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix well. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Watch.
Do not overcook.
