Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1 cream of celery soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Thaw and drain vegetables.
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of onion rings.
    Pour into casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
