Hamburger And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    potatoes, sliced
    mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    In 9 x 13-inch baking dish layer 1/2 of the meat, then add a layer of sliced potatoes to cover, another layer of meat and top with another layer of potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with can of mushroom soup and cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
