Easy Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces buttered bread, cut in cubes
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and Swiss)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put bread in buttered casserole dish.
    Mix eggs with remaining ingredients.
    Pour over bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
