Healthy Heros - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. seeded and chopped cucumber
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1 hoagie bun
    2 lettuce leaves
    2 oz. thin sliced ham
    2 oz. thin sliced turkey
    4 slices tomato
    1 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 30 minutes. Slice bun in half lengthwise; pull out soft inside of top and bottom, leaving a shell. Spoon mushroom mixture into each half of bun; cover with a lettuce leaf. Top with ham, turkey and tomato slices. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.
