Sugar-Free Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. water
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. sugar-free instant pudding
    2 c. 2% milk
    1 small container lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring the shortening and water to a boil.
    Add flour and salt. Blend quickly.
    Beat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand and cool.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each egg.
    Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.
    Mix pudding as directed.
    Fill cream puffs.
    Top with teaspoon of lite Cool Whip.
